Advice on selling our Finca near El Torcal

    We have full license approval to restore 2 farmhouses/stables and 1 cottage on 35000sqm land: olives, almond/fig trees etc., excellent access , all services, clear title, tranquil rural location yet 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Ideal development opportunity for builder/investor. 325,000 Euros or reasonable offer for a quick sale. Finca details/photos available on request.

    How can we sell when we’re stuck in England (can only fly out for short visits), given worries about market and trustworthy agents?

    I think that “projects” can put some people off because of the problems with illegal builds etc so you may have to be flexible on your price within the current market.

    Sounds like you have all the paperwork ready which will give a bit more confidence.
