Hi,

I have little knowledge of the a/c systems that are available to cool / heat a 2 bed apartment. Can anyone give me advice in terms of how these stand alone systems work, best brand, and approximate costs including installation. I have decided to avoid pre installed a/c during the construction as it is very expensive.

Not sure what is involved but cost doesn’t involve the actual wall units. Can you get another quote perhaps because if not pre installed then I think it will come down to ceiling/stand fans or portable units. Not the best when the weather is at it’s hottest
