      Dear members of this Forum,

I would be very interested in knowing your preferences in terms of property lay out. When sourcing for a property spain, are you always looking for a typical spanish property lay out or are you open for a quite modern style that respects those mandatory “folcloric” spanish tics.

I will appreciate your feedback that would be part of a research I am conducting.

Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

      Thanks in advance,

      Hi There!
Sorry for the confusion and my english. Mate.

I was wondering what would a british prefer: a tipical Spanish lay our property or a modern one. Reason for this question is a research I am conducting which shows that’s 99.99% of the offering in Spain in general stands for a tipical spanish facade and style and a limited quantity of promoters are willing to develop modern style properties.

As per our enquires, many british and dutch nationals prefer a modern and lineal design of the property, if well done.

My general idea is to get eneric feedback form members of this forum, since in a way or another all of us are connected to real estate.

Let me know if this makes more sense or I will have to explain it further in Spanish. Mate. 🙂

All the best and thanks for your response,

      Sebastian Foglia

One way would be to check out the sales figures for Polaris World La Loma resort (very modern) compared to the other PW resorts (more traditional)

My personal preference would be a clean. modern, functional interior but a more traditional spanish exterior.

Although without wishing to contradict myself the exterior should not be ‘overfussy’ ie lots of railings and overdecoration.

What I would never buy is the old fashioned concrete block with no design.

Have enough of those at home in England!!!
