We sell our 90m2 flat in Barcelona, Barrio Gotico, in the Baixada de Viladecols Street. ( city map)
It’s a quiet pedestrian area, since this street –in contrast to the Ramblas and Borne area– has no bars but only art galleries, design clothes shops and tea shops.

Very bright because of it’s 4 balconies to the street and two interior “patios”. The building’s facade, plumbing and patios have been renovated two years ago.
