That sounds a good deal. I know someone paying 700 for something not as nice and no facilities. Are rents still falling?

Where we live in La Mairena above Elviria, Rental levels seem to have bottomed out between €550 to €700+ for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment.
Of course, a lot depends on What’s on offer? Views, location, facilities etc
It’s amazing what you get for your money nowadays. 2 years ago you would have had to pay €900 for an immaculate apartment such as the one advertised and when you add in the Free leisure facilities etc it’s fantastic value for money!
I managed to rent out my own 2 bed/2bath Penthouse apartment recently on the same development for €800 a month unfurnished recently, which is an exceptional rate in the current climate I think?
Saying that, I paid €327,000 plus taxes off plan in January 2004. Did I really do that!!
