Hi I have a 3 bedroom Adosado at Oliva Nova just North of Denia. It is about 500M from the golf course, 3 beds 2 baths, in a prime location with excellent sandy beaches (virgin) has been converted into two interconnecting apartments and makes great rental potential as it can be rented as one, two or three beds so caters for most tastes.

Rental I achie in July and August is €650 for upstairs and €300 for downstairs – per week. Out of season it is a more modest €300 for up and €175 for down and it is usually booked for 4-6 months of the year. These are the rates this year but last year I got more because I had 2 sofa beds in the place (1 up and 1 down) and therefore it could sleep upto 6 and upto 4, but I found getting more people meant more work to clean the place afterwards.

It is 2 years old in August and is sold fully furnished except for the TV and Satellite receiver.

The reason I am selling is because I am starting a new career in music and having two houses is now surplus to requirements.

I lived in the house last year and the area is a great area – I lived in the downstairs apartment while I rented upstairs out. There is a communal swimming pool which is quite large, but being so close to the beach who really needs it.
