      I am due to sign for this Polaris World property Nov 2008 the contract price is 136800 euros plus iva. Is anyone interested in making me a reasonable offer due to the credit crunch. It is looking at the pool and from the rear terrace the tennis courts etc are opposite.There is no problems with changing the contract name. The poperty can be viewed on all the polaris web sites just look at the Jardines 5 Three Bed Ground Floor they are all the same. Please contact email vereda1962@hotmail.com[/b]
