Genuine opportunity. A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachside apartment on new golden mile, between Estepona and San Pedro. It is an older urbanization, but well built and large sq. meters (99 built 12 terrace). Most say now is not the time to buy – but if there is an exception to that opinion – this may be it. It is walking distance to most amenities – bus, taxi, bars, restaurants, beach – so can generate good holiday rental income for someone willing to work it. It is furnished and ready to live in. Write for more info and pics. 165k euros buys it. No agents please. natalaya58@hotmail.com

Well after 3 months of working with buyer, it looks like he is not able to secure financing. What a nightmare!

So property is back on the market and now it MUST be sold. Again no agents please. No offense, but all have just wasted my time.

Price has been slashed to the bare bones and will now let it go for 145k euros!!!

If you don’t have substantial amount to put down, no need to even enquire. Banks are being very difficult.

      regards

(yes has nice community pool and community fees are 86 euros per month).

Natalaya, if someone is interested and wants to take it off the market, ensure you take a 10% non refundable deposit. That way you at least get something out of it and usually ensures the buyer completes.

      I always insist on it

      Good luck

I agree Inez. I accepted 2k euros as a deposit – but never again would I accept that small of a deposit. It was off the market for 3 months and I turned away a lot of interested parties during that time. Maybe none would have resulted in a sale – but I do know some of the people who were interested have purchased very close to where my property is.

Anyway – you live and learn.
