2 bedroom apt , 2-nd line from beach Oropesa del Mar

      I know that Oropesa del Mar is not the best of place, but the beach is comparable to the ones in Peniscola and Alcossebre and there are nice hills around. I was there at least 3 times and I did not dislike it.

      Would a new 2 bedroom apt. 2nd line from the beach at around 30K Euros make sense?
