I have 2 apartments for sale on the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Murcia.
It is an 18 hole course with a low build density so all the apartments are “front line golf”, it also has a Country Club, Golf School and a Town Centre complex.
The first apartment overlooks the First Tee and is close to all the facilities and ammenities in the town centre. It has a living area of 67m2 and a terrace of 13m2. It has one allocated underground parking space below the apartment. It overlooks the communal swimming pool. It is due to be completed in September 2007. Asking price around 176 850 Euros
The second one is about 2 stories up the side of the valley so has panoramic views over the whole golf course and valley but is sheltered from any wind. It is on the second floor and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Its living area is also 67m2 but its terrace is bigger at 15m2. It directly overlooks the 14th fairway and communal swimming pool. It has its own underground parking space below the apartment. It is due for completion in November 2007. Price around 177 850 Euros.

I bought them to guard against a rising euro because i wanted to move to Eastern Europe but could not speak the lingo and the rules on foreigners buying in the Czech Republic are still prohibitively complicated / stupid. I have seen the other polaris properties and the build quality is very good. The golf course on this one looks to be the best of the 9 available.
