I’m not surprised that most illegal builds will be passed. Can you imagine the suspect Spanish Gov’t giving back all the stamp duties, Vat payments, and other taxes etc on the huge numbers of illegal builds and Land Grab properties that they’ve quite happily taken?

I wonder what that would total?
