Located in the quaint neighborhood of Poble Nou, close to the hustle and bustle of the Borne and Villa Olympica, but unique in that it is outside the stressful touristy zone, this flat has been totally newly renovated in the highest design taste and furinshed impeccably. Walking time to Bogatell beach – 3 minutes.

The window to the street is double-paned to protect from noise. The drapery is silk “duiponi” of highest quality.
One wall is exposed stone. On the opposing wall is a massive painting by Cuban artist Lorenzo Moya, “Woman with Hand”.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, big sink and a comfortable commode.
There is storage in the mirrored cabinets over the sink.

The laundry/utility hallway contains storage space for towels and other linens, as well as the combination washer/dryer. Additionally, this space houses the gas heater.

The open, American style kitchen is in stainless steel and pale wood.

The custom-made extra deep stainless steel sink along side the built in energy-efficient refrigerator is highlighted by recessed lighting and built-in wine rack. There is ample storage both in drawers and shelves.

Along the street-side of the salon-living-kitchen area is exposed stone, highlighted by an oil painting “Attica” by Sandow Birk. The opposing wall is hung with art by American artists Mark Ryden (custom-printed lithograph of “Snow White”), a lithograph by Miami artist Britto, a massive acrylic by Michael Rosenfeld “Trix,” and other artworks, including a “glasnost” period Russian work by an unknown artist and several modernist sculptures. These works are complemented by furniture of equal quality and taste, including a sofa by Maurice Villency of New York made of mahogany and black ultrasuede, two Phillipe Stark “La Marie” acrylic side chairs, Jules Seltzer “Topiary” chair, a Ligne Roset “Wicky” chair, Hans Wegner side chair, and an unusual mid-century wood sideboard.

All the dishes, table settings and glassware are tasteful, coming from the Pottery Barn’s own line from the United States.

There is secure wireless internet that works though-out the flat.
The entire flat is newly renovated in the highest end style and fixtures and with resilient, high-end French “industrial” tile floor.

The rental fee includes: gas, lights/electricity and water. The ADSL is included. Phone charges are not.
Trustworthy, thorough cleaning lady once per week for two hours is included in rent. Additional services such as ironing are extra fee.

No smoking within flat. No pets within flat.
Maximum 2 persons.
The rental period is 3 – 11 months.
