Further down the coast from Altea, the town of Torrevieja is located only 50 kms from Alicante International Airport and easily accessible by car. The sophisticated infrastructure, gastronomy, cultural life and excellent sports facilities of this area make it popular year round.
Torrevieja is famous for its two salt lakes, the combination of good “micro climate” and salt concentration makes this healthy environment especially beneficial for people with respiratory problems.

The market is international attracting German, British, Spanish, Scandinavian, Belgian and Russian purchasers. The most requested properties are apartments, villas and semi detached houses with an averagespend from €200,000 – €500,000.
