Very well maintained and not over-developed.
Just half an hour from Girona airport.
Popular with ‘pijos’ from Barcelona.
Several beaches 5-10 minutes drive (Pals, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera), but parking a problem in high season
Upmarket and expensive, for good reason
No glut of apartments
Generally good rental potential, but only over 4 months of summer
