can a decision be made to change the colour of a block of apartments including balconies by two or three Commitee members without holding a proper meeting or notifying owners in advance, or indeed after the decision was made ?
we bought our apartment because we liked the balcony colour and spend most of our time there. It has now been changed to something completely different altogether. As soon as we got wind of the change we logged our objection with the chairman and were told we could have any colour we wanted because we are on the top floor and no one can see it. The chairman has now changed and this has been rescinded. How do we stand legally ? Given that the correct procedures were not followed and there are no minutes etc ?
