The new apartment complex 300 meters from El Arenal beach in Javea will cater to growing foreign and local demand in the area.
Demand for homes in Alicante province rose 21% in the second quarter compared to last year, according to figures from the Spanish Land Registrars Association. Around 50% of buyers came from abroad, many of them buying a second home.
