This unique wedge shaped, tall and slim village house that is often photographed by visitors to Sayalonga, is located on Calle Centro (Central Street). So, you really could not get much more central for all the amenities available to you in the pretty white village of Sayalonga – known as the; ‘jewel in the crown of Axarquia.’

The roof terrace of this house is probably its best feature and makes up for the lack of garden. You look over the roof tops of the village and then have far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and mountain ranges. La Maroma mountain is within clear view and it is often snow capped in winter whilst you can be sunbathing on the roof terrace!

The property is the perfect little, ‘lock-up-&-leave’ holiday home and it is incredibly inexpensive to run and keep. The beautiful municipal outdoor swimming pool is ideal also for enjoyment as a holiday home, as is the close proximity (10 minutes’ drive) to the beach. There is also a bus service into Malaga’s historic city which is fabulous for day trips and the enjoyment of a few glasses of wine and no need to drive.

The location of this property allows you to walk to all the amenities within the village to include; the bars and restaurants. Of course, the property is in a fabulous location for the different street parties that take place throughout the year. It is not far to walk from the main plaza where all the fun is happening but you can retreat at any time to sleep and get ready for the party that continues the following day!

Something that is very rare in this village property, is the fact that this wedge shaped, end of terrace property is not attached on either side, only at the rear and it has tiny streets that run either side of it. These little streets are more for pedestrian use – historically mule and cart width. So, with this special village property, you almost have the feeling of being detached (which is almost unheard of in a village setting).

The legal paperwork for the property is immaculate and ready-to-go as is the property that is being sold fully furnished!
