Location inland to Rubite

Rubite is 20 mins’ drive away and this is the municipality that Hurguneros comes under. This is where the town hall is located and many amenities within the town. However, the location of the property feels more connected to the coastal strip than it does to Rubite. (The town hall conveniently has a second office in Casarones that opens a few hours a week).

If you prefer a concrete drive to the house this is available to you

A concrete road will take you down to the coast (towards Castell de Ferro) but it is a longer route than taking the dry river bed which is just 5 mins’ drive. However, if you do not want to rely on a 4 x 4 vehicle for use during the rare days where there is rain and the river flows, you can take the concrete road and longer route.
