A Legal pack that will be presented to both solititors will include, Registered Title deeds (escritura) to house and land, nota simple, land segregation document, Achitects final completion report, energy certificate and IBI councilt tax registration forms. We have lived here for 18 years and have enjoyed it very much. Inland and coastal activities have been enjoyed to the full. Fishing in the reservoirs is great and dining in the resturantes overlooking the lakes finnishes a perfect day. We have traveld by car extensively, Portugal, many nearby cities Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Grandada, Benidorm and even into France and Italy. Malaga is a very diverse city and is only 30 minute drive. Commuting to Malaga and the coastal area is now possible by car or train from Pizarra.

Our aim is to be honest, helpful and to sell as hasle free as possible. We hope the new owner will also enjoy 18 years of great living.
