Casa Los Linares offers a unique secluded location combined with ease of access to main roads and towns. Set within the National Park, the house is surrounded by olive groves and is backed by mountains rising over 1,500 metres.
Originally Casa Los Linares was a working farm dating back at least 100 years. The age of the property is reflected in the thick stone walls, character features and beautiful original floor tiles, it also has unusually high ceilings for a country house giving it a grandeur not found in many rural houses. Today Casa Los Linares is a cherished holiday home for the owner and a successful holiday retreat for lucky paying guests.
The entire property has been extended and sympathetically modernized to retain its rustic charm. New roofs, windows and doors compliment the existing rustic doors, beamed ceilings and original tiled floors. During the renovation the property was rewired and re-plumbed and more recently the owners have installed an upgrade to the septic tank.
Outside a large patio area fronts onto a 15M x 6M swimming pool (saline). There is extensive terracing around the pool and house to include a covered alfresco lounging and dining area (with BBQ and outside kitchen). The gardens have been landscaped to include a rose garden and shrubbery. A timer system provides automated irrigation to the garden and a large outhouse with light and power houses all the swimming pool equipment safely out of sight. The property is fully fenced with wrought iron entrance gates and hard surface driveway.
