The guest house…To the eastern part of the property is the guest apartment with a separate entrance.

Terraces and gardens…In front of the entrance on the west side is a large terrace overlooking the garden and the coast.

A large part of the terrace is covered with grapevines and offers in the summer a large area protected from the sun with the best view for breakfast or dinner with a view over the coast to the sea as well as to the garden. Here is space for a large table with chairs.

Directly at the western part of the finca is a concreted and brick BBQ grill site which is operated by gas. All gas and water connections for cooking are available there.

Here is also the staircase leading up to the glass-enclosed turret. From here you have almost a 360 ° panoramic view, in any case from sunrise to sunset. There is also a small balcony with a fantastic view.

Further on the west side is a garage and a small storage room. There is a car park for up to 3 cars.

The garden amounts to more than half the land area – this is is divided into several terraces and completely surrounds the southern part of the finca. There is an abundance of cacti, olive trees and almond trees of all colors and sizes. The finca is surrounded by a variety of flowers. Most plants do not need excessive maintenance. Technical and amenities… 

The finca is connected to the public electricity network. Neither a generator nor solar power is needed, the power supply is stable 24 hours a day.

There is a connection to the public water network which provides all the fincas on the mountain. In addition, there is a cistern with 13,000 liters of capacity. The advantage is that you have a reserve in case of water shortage. The necessary water pressure in the finca is ensured by an electric pump.

Warm water is generated both in the finca for kitchen and bathroom as well as in the guest apartment with a gas-operated hot water boiler. The waste water is sent directly to a septic tank.

Each room and each area can be individually heated by individual heaters – this is supplied by gas bottles. The exhaust air from the gas heaters is discharged to the outside.
