Looking at the pictures and because of the location, this property would make a good ‘extremely exclusive’ hotel rather than a private residence – except there are only nine bedrooms.

I think they’ve built a bit of a pig-in-a-poke really – too big for a private residence (imagine all the staff required for it’s upkeep, there would never be any peace/privacy) and not big enough for something commercial.

Built five years ago I agree it doesn’t look as though it’s been lived in, though a paint job and some new furniture/carpets can create that. I wonder how long this has been on the market.

I don’t find the architecture too offensive, have seen far worse.
