Yes, people can google, people can fly there, people can appoint a rider, send in the boys, Armada etc, etc to find it. The buyer is the one with the money & as such can buy where ever he/she wants.
If the advert does not even state the region or the nearest town, why would the buyer waste his/her time on a wild goose chase.
The point here is that if one wishes to sell one should make it easy in terms of marketing, salient feature etc. As this would help to know where the property is as a starting point.
