I’m not going to bash all “companies” in Spain but they are way behind on several things. Service, cost and they are usually way behind technology wise.

Have you been able to communicate with the companys service department in spanish? Most of these companies also have a smaller department for english speaking customers so you could always try and ask for that. Things usually take times.
