We do not know who this is targeted towards i.e.Spanish buyers or others who speak English
No mention of a lawyer?
SPANISH DO NOT USE A LAWYER IN BUYING SELLING A PROPERTY.
No assurance that the notarial system is licensed and safe?
LICENSED MAYBE, SAFE CERTAINLY NOT.
An assumption that we can all read and write Spanish?
AS I SAID WE DO NOT KNOW WHO IT TARGETED TOWORDS. EVEN OUR MOTHER TONGUE WAS SPANISH. READING & INTERPRETING LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.
An assumption that we can all interpret Spanish law?
YOU MY BE ABLE TO DO SO. THE LAW DOES NOT MEAN MUCH ONCE ONE IS IN THE COURTS.
An assumption that we all have the nous and time available to trawl the various departments necessary?
OUR TIME MANAGEMENT IS OUR ISSUE.
No guide telling us what to do when things do go wrong?
NOT ONLY WHAT TO DO BUT WHO SHOULD BE APPROACHED FOR THE REDRESS.
This is why we employed lawyers to make sure the job was done legally and safely.
AGREE, THIS HAS TO BE TAKEN UP WITH THE ” COLLIEGIO DE ABAGADOS” AND WE ALL KNOW. THE SYSTEM IS DISJOINTED & NO SPINNING WILL SOLVE THE ISSUES
Give me a break …
