Lynn – As far as I understand, there is no LFO here, so you would surely be perfectly within your legal rights not to complete on a property without this – aside from the other problems. I’m presuming, like some others with this development, that you have no Bank Guarantee?
There are different phases here; I think that some were refused planning permission originally.
If you are changing lawyers your new lawyer should be able to exert pressure to get your file moved over without any more delaying tactics. Be firm.
