As far as I am aware there have been no Habitation Licences issued at La Reserva II. The developer is insisting they are in place, via the Administrative Silence route, but we know this does now not apply on illegal builds. Also, LR has far too many apartments built in areas for the land density.
This morning I received a copy of the document which lists the outstanding community charges on some of the blocks. It appears that in just one block alone 96 people have not completed, showing a CC debt of over 210,000 Euros ❗ The people who have chosen to complete are obviously not too happy about this debt.
