Rob, will be thinking of you out there. Don’t forget to ask lawyer about BG and why you don’t have one. Great idea of yours to check out Block 7 in the evening and see if there REALLY are people who have moved in. Since we spoke I’ve heard that developers are now threatening to cancel contracts on owners who do not complete immediately. Without the proper licences in place, of course they cannot do that.
