Just one quick observation Christian. You can be no residente fiscally but have a property in Spain like me. is it ok to have sin nomina account  provided you have a property in Spain that you need the account for paying bills and maybe keeping a bit of ready cash or is the meaning that you are required to be fiscally resident to have this account ? I have not been to branch yet as had some dental work done last week.
