Can anyone who is Qualified to answer the following please help?
We are buying a property in Zurgena now apparently declared illegal by the Junta. We have a contract with the builder who owns the land according to the contract. The Town hall has issued the Licence De Obra & the LFO. Mains water & electric are connected to the site. Some villas are lived in. Our villa is ready but we have not signed yet, paid 30% so far.
Have we any Legal grounds to draw on our Bank Guarantee, bearing in mind the builder OWNS the said “illegal” rustic land.
