Hi, to all th member of this forum. I am David from Canada. I just want to know that what is the situation of property market in your country. in Canada the property market is very slow. all the real estate agent are sad about this in Canada. what is the situation in your country.

Welcome to the forum. Of course the Agents will be sad !!!!!!! probably suicidal !!!! Many of the forum users have at least two homes i.e. One in Spain and another perhaps in England, Ireland, Germany & there are a few from North America.
Dare I saw some may also have more than two Countries. It would be difficult for them to establish their home country in this instance.

I was bordering on to insanity & I am glad you have confirmed this was the case.I was not aware of David 980John claim to fame & achievements.

Urban Dictionary: WUM Is an acronym meaning Wind-Up Merchant. It refers to someone who posts on message boards & newsgroups with the intention to cause as much disruption as possible, also a Troll 😉

Clearly his post/s and those on on other sites are the work of a WUM 🙄

Thanks for enlightening me 8) We’ve had a few W.U.Ms in here over the years, though I guess it depends on your point of view.

But in this case I think we are talking about a common-or-garden spammer, which is the lowest form of online pond-slime. To confuse spammers with trolls is highly unflattering to trolls 😆
