Hello ,

Im currently looking to buy a finca in Catalonia ( maybe Aragon ) with a large house approx 200 meters sq with land of minimum of 7 hectares. It would be nice if theres a crop on the land that would generate an income. I would like to have an organic farm / garden and maybe start a B&B for extra income if its needed.

Also I have an apartment in The Hague in the Netherlands that I would gladly swap for a similar property in spain on the coasta durada.

Hi Robo,

Please take a look to the property I am selling in Catalonia, near from the Costa Dorada. I guess it could match with the B&B you want to start as it has two separated floors with 4 rooms in the upper floor and the opportunity to split the the current open space in lower floor into several rooms. You can also separate it into two separate apartments as both floors has a complete kitchen and a bath room.
Regarding the land it has only 42 square meters of land but it is located in an area where you can find several fincas without house and create your organic garden very close from the house I am selling.
