      I’m looking to buy a finca within 30 kms from Fuengirola/Mijas Costa. I need at least three bedrooms in the house and/or permit to build a separate two-bedroom guest house. I want good views and a mature garden and I’m prepared to carry out extensive upgrade projects if need be.
