      Does anyone know anything about this and when /if it is likely to be built? I understand it is to be built by Grupo Location a company based in Roquetas

      grupo location are also the developer for los llanos del peral and lemon tree island. both sites were stopped in early july 2006. we and several other purchasers rather stupidly used the lawyer recommended by the agent.

      we only found out in january that the bank guarantee had not been issued. we have not been able to contact the builder (new medina villa s.l.) or grupo location since the work stopped.
      i would recommend you have nothing to do with grupo location.
