UK TV COMES TO HELP PEOPLE WITH FOREIGN PROPERTY NIGHTMARES

TV Property guru Andrew Winter wants to hear from British home owners who want their property problems solved, for a new series of ‘Selling Houses Abroad’ to be broadcast on channel 4 in the UK.

Andrew, who has 20 years experience in the international property industry, wants to help people who can’t sell their house no matter what they do. He also wants to come to the rescue of people who have bought property and have been landed with problems that weren’t part of the deal.

In previous series of ‘Selling Houses Abroad’ Andrew has helped to sell properties that have been on the market for up to 3 years. He has also offered expert advice to people across Europe with property issues such as legal disputes, structural problems, cowboy builders, dodgy developers, and insect infestations.

Methinks he’s going to have to work pretty hard for many years to sell/solve even 1% of unsold properties in Spain and some other countries like Bulgaria.

I know of hundreds of properties that have been on sale more than 5 months, his e-mail box must be full 😀

I wonder whether Andrew Winter will mention the Black Money transactions on his programme Katy or the constant scams in Spanish property, I doubt it?
