Thats what I have heard, although those tactics are not new and never have been! Back in the 80s it was a nightmare selling in London as soon as your board was up, another agent would take it down, or hammer on the owners door wanting the instruction with guranteed promises of buyers!!!
Ireland also bad, one of my colleagues told me yesterday – prices falling faster than here!
