Who is your “expert” and how did they come about this title? Did you bestow it upon them or did they?
I may be interested in a “journey of a lifetime” although I would only be willing to take part on the strict understanding that it was you who would be paying for my fantasy home… deal?
Failing that, you could always film yourselves going through the process.
