I am posting this on behalf of my parents in law who wish to sell their lovely 2 bed apartment near Port Adriano due to health reasons.
They bought 6 years ago from plan, it’s one of the best in the community, south facing, with some seaviews.

The port is undergoing extension, they are adding a new breakwater and shoreside facilities and it’s tipped to be the new Puerto Portals. They are also extending the beach next to the port (under the 5* Hotel Vista Adriano.)
