I read that there are subsidence problems with some properties in the Camposol Urbanisation near Mazarron. Walls buckling, walls cracking. The problem is that many homes in Camposol are built in a valley and it is gradually sliding. Would anyone buy a property in Camposol? After the recent broadcast of ITV’s “Homes from Hell” television programme that features the subsidence problems with some properties in Camposol some residents of Camposol were outraged by the programme and complained to the producers of the programme for misrepresentation and as such that episode that features Camposol in the “Homes from Hell” series has been removed from ITV’s itvplayer on the internet which means that you can no longer watch that episode on the internet.
One more thing, I read somewhere that Camposol villas are made of preconstructed concrete. They are built off site, actually in Torrevieja and transported to site and erected. If one of these properties move then that is it forever you cannot reposition them.
