Can someone help? That would be very much appreciated. I have a meeting with a lawyer planned on this topic and to help me with next steps, but maybe you have more insights and tips!

      Some context and the question:

      • I am a resident of Barcelona.

      • I work full time. I pay all my taxes to the Spanish government. I have been working for the same company in Barcelona for 11 years.

      • I am hoping to start an S.L. with the idea of buying small apartments to rent out. It will probably be 1 or 2 small apartments per year.

      • The “administrator” of the S.L. will likely be my wife (she is ‘autonomo’).

If there is a situation where I am the 100% owner of the S.L. and I get fired, will I still have access to claim “PARO” benefits?
