  I have read this article today and this developer seem to have the same way that LLANERA did some weeks ago:

  In fact HABITAT has the same cocktel that had Llanera: a large debt combined with the disappear of clients of the property market.
  
  I advice all how now someone interested a property of this developer to be very careful because one time the company is in bankrupt recovering your money get almost a nightmare.
