Sale advice wanted

      I am currently trying to sell my property in Playa Flamenca, 2 bed apartment in excellent condition but is above a bar. I have it on the market for 70k euros which is well below market value. Has anybody any advice on estate agents, auction houses etc that may speed this sale up? I have had investment companies contact me but I don’t want to pay a fee up front just to get an offer as I am sure these will just fall through and the company takes your money…

      2. Online Auction entry. This is for sellers keen to sell but unwilling to enter the live auction. Sellers will be advised with regards to a reserve price and the property details/photographs will be provided by the seller. The entry fee is 58 euros to include iva. The property documents must be in order. Online bidding only will be accepted. The property will be featured on the auction side of the website and will stay live for a minimum of 6 months from date of entry.

      I dont think thats much to pay to get it online,as always there is a selling fee of 2.5%

      You could try gumtree its free also ebay that can cost as little as £3.50 for 10 days just place one picture and ask them to email you if they would like to see more

      Thanks-that auction site was for Costa Del Sol but mine is in the Costa Blanca….
