Revoke POA

      Can anyone advise how a POA that was notarised in the UK is revoked ?

      Any advice greatly appreciated.

      The easiest way will be to revoke it according to the rules of the UK and do a new one here in Spain.

      I believe you can make an appointment with the Notary in the UKwith a view to annulling the POA. Of course there may be a charge involved and we have no idea what it can be in UK, in Spain it is about 60€ but you can ask when you make the appointment. Obviously those persons who have granted the POA must be present to sign the annulment.
