It is justly claimed that the sun spends the winter in Mojácar, on the Costa de Almería.
Why not come and join it? You can rent our entire spacious house for up to 8 people, or just one floor, for really low long let (min 6 week) prices, any time between 1 November and Easter.
Each floor has two large bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, well equipped kitchens.
The house is in the country, with only two neighbours (both 200 metres at least away), yet very convenient for Garrucha, Mojacar, Vera (just ten minutes in any direction) and if you are a golfer, the popular Valle del Este course is two minutes away.
Depending on the weather you might even fancy the odd dip in our beautiful 10 metre Pebbletec pool.
If you need just one floor, you might be able to book the other apartment for the odd week for visiting friends and family for a nominal rent if it is not already booked.
We welcome well behaved pets who will love the freedom to run around in the open countryside in pursuit of rabbits and the occasional fox, but in the interests of peace and tranquility for all, children under 16 are accepted only when the whole house is occupied by the same group.
