The 2 months period for allegations in the public information period of the Revision and Adpatation to the Andalucia Planning Act of the Marbella PGOU was opened last July the 19th so, allegations can be submitted till 19th September 2007.

Yes, I went to see it. It is very difficult to make any sense of it (for the average person) There are some 20 or more plans, some for infrastructure and lots of other headings. Some that already has construction on it is listed as greenbelt (assume it means no more building 😕 ).

I have seen some letters in La Tribuna (marbella freebie) eg. One resident complained and was confused as to how in an area where work was stopped on a building, now has plans to construct 400 homes and some VIP homes…well some am I (confused) 😕

It is interesting to submitt allegations to the PGOU. Ask your lawyers or representatives in Spain. You may even submitt allegations as a group.
