Preferences but not necessities
– Sea view if available
– Swimming pools, if possible.
– A resale
– Heating/air con
– Walking distance from restaurants. shops and other
facilities.

– I am not in a hurry to buy.
– To buy directly from the owner w/o intermediate parties
