POA document

      Hi Everybody

      I need to give my solicitor in Spain a POA to execute my BG but I can’t travel at the moment. My English Notary would need a document in Spanish with English translation.

      Does anyone know a source of such a document (assuming it would a standard form)?

      From info I have read on another forum you need a bilingual notary in the UK (De Pinna Notaries, 35 Piccadilly, London W1J 0LJ. Phone 0207 208 2900 seem to be recommended by many) who will draw up the document and send it to a notary near you for you to sign, then arrange for it to be endorsed with the Apostille of the Hague Convention.
