i have been in touch with polaris world regarding a termination of contract but they wont play ball,i actually sent a solicitors cancellation letter in the 15 day period,clauses 4.1 4.2.my completion date was 31/12/06.so i had to get my letter in from 1st july07 to 15th.they recieved on 12th but say they wont give me a refund,they are in breach of their own contract.i know theres alot of people going thri the samr thing,r u?if so we all need to get togehter as i stand to losr £80,000.
i have sold our house and used all our savings to try to get my money back. if you could help in anyway please let me know.
