Hi, can anybody help,
Is it correct that I will need a fiscal number before I can make an offer on a property in Andalucia, If so is it a lengthy process, or could I obtain one here in the UK.
I am going to look at a few properties in the Malaga area on 15.08.07. till the 25.08.07.
Also if I see a property that I like, would it be advisable to engage a lawyer prior to making an offer, so I could have some protection for the return of any holding deposit made should there be any problems, such as illegal build or debts etc.
Hoping someone can give me some advise, many thanks.
