Yes the property is still for sale as we speak. I have had some interest over easter but the viewers cannot make any commitment until end of May as they need to sell first.
Yes Spanish stocks are down. But the housing market in general has been flat for 18 months or so. The Spanish interior minister anounced there is over supply of property and the markets droped. Certain areas of Spain are still doing well. Murcia for example has plenty of growth left at present as Polaris World open 9 new golf courses in the area and the new International Airport at Corvera (15 KM) from my house has been started and will be completed in 2010.
My house is a family home and not really an investment property, which is where most of the stagnation has occured.

The property has just had a bank valuation of €362,000 as I have re-mortgaged for my new property, so I can´t drop my price any further as it is already 13,000 below market price.
